Why KISS?
The use of social media isn’t rocket science. It just isn’t. I have a theory that because the term is so difficult to pin down, people run from it. If clunky buzzwords were the norm then “social interaction online” possibly should have been the words to use.
Anyway, the point is that it’s simple. Perhaps not always easy - but still simple. It’s about talking....
